Key Responsibilities Develop and supervise employees and direct production and related activities on a shift. Hiring Requirements The Human Relations Advisor role is dedicated to aligning HR strategies with overall business goals while engaging closely with associates and management within the business unit. The position fosters collaboration across HR functions to provide value-driven support to management and associates, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic, effective counsel to local stakeholders, driving continuous improvement across all areas of the Human Relations function. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by ensuring the plant is in accordance with governing practices, codes and regulations. Prioritize and schedule work backlogs by type and status. Produce planned work schedules for Maintenance Supervisors. Conduct follow-up to ensure satisfactory completion of required work. Experience & Education Professional training or relevant post-secondary education. At least 3-5 years’ experience in a maintenance planning department.
