What We're Looking For Reliable Transportation: You must have a reliable way to get to our shop. A truck is ideal, and we'll pay you $0.50/KM if your truck meets our criteria (no loud exhausts, good running condition) Strong Work Ethic: This work can be physically demanding. We need people who are hard workers, punctual, and committed to getting the job done right. Flexibility: Snow removal hours are unpredictable. You need to be available on short notice, including overnight, on weekends, and during holidays when needed. Experience is a plus: We're willing to train the right person with a great attitude.
