The candidate we are seeking should have the following: - Availability to work any day of the week and on most holidays. - Ability to speak with customers and be confident in making suggestions. - Ability to follow steps/guidelines/instructions and keen attention to detail. - Be able to use a computer, learn new systems, and learn codes/shortcuts. - Neat and orderly; cleans up after completing each task or after work. Preferred qualifications for an ideal candidate. Not necessary, as we offer training: - Previous experience in speaking with customers (e.g., customer service or sales). - Experience in a lube shop or some automotive training, certification, or education. - Experience in tire services such as installation, swaps, patching, and mount & balance.
