We’re looking for reliable, strong, and motivated individuals to join our barn painting crew! Position: Barn Painter / General Labourer (Full-Time or Seasonal) Job Duties: • Prepping surfaces (scraping, power washing, minor repairs) • Painting barns, metal roofs, silos, etc. (brush, roller, and/or spray methods) • Working safely on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts (training provided) • Keeping job sites clean and professional What We’re Looking For: • You’re physically fit and not afraid of heights • You’re dependable and show up on time ready to work • You work well with a small team and can take direction • You’ve got a positive attitude and a strong work ethic • Experience in painting, roofing, or construction is a bonus – but we’re willing to train the right person Pay: Competitive wages – based on experience and reliability (Paid weekly or biweekly – we can discuss what works best for you) If you don’t like to work very hard and have a good attitude every single day this job is not for you.
