If you’re comfortable working at heights, handy with power tools, and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do Install and repair and clean-out eavestroughs and downspouts on residential properties Measure, cut, and secure materials to ensure proper water flow and fit Use hand and power tools safely and effectively (drills, hammers, etc.) Work at heights using ladders and safety equipment Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment What You Bring Experience working at heights and on ladders Competence using drills and basic hand tools Own basic tools (e.g., drill, hammer) Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to get to our shop in Sydenham each morning Strong work ethic and attention to detail What We Provide Specialized tools (crimpers, snips, etc.) Supportive team environment Competitive hourly wage based on experience Opportunities for continued seasonal work
