This is the role: As a key member of the Factory Management Team, the Production Manager oversees all aspects of manufacturing to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Operations Management. 7+ years of leadership experience in a continuous flow, automated manufacturing environment. This role will translate technical detail into customer‑facing narratives, own the content library and operations, and ensure regional consistency, compliance and brand voice across channels. Key Responsibilities Content planning Develop and own the marketing content strategy and editorial calendar with a focus on demand generation: content pillars, messaging hierarchy, audience voice and campaign briefs that support conversion objectives and product launches. Partner with Product and Channel Managers to map content priorities, and coordinate with the Digital Experience and Lead Gen teams to ensure content topics, formats and measurement are fully aligned with channel plans and campaign schedules. Incorporate SEO/AIO guidance into briefs (structured data, answer‑first copy cues) as a supporting consideration to improve discoverability, while prioritizing editorial quality and conversion performance. Content creation Lead editorial for lead‑generation campaigns: write, edit and approve copy for offers, landing pages, gated assets, emails, nurture sequences and core campaign creatives; produce polished core assets and coach external writers/SMEs. Review and approve campaign copy for brand consistency, tone‑of‑voice, legal/technical accuracy and cohesion across concurrent campaigns; own editorial QA and sign‑off prior to launch. Translate technical and product content into clear, customer‑facing narratives (datasheets, FAQs, sales enablement) in partnership with the broader Marketing and Business Development team and technical reviewers. Craft and localize messaging, tone, and channel‑specific content that reflects cultural nuances, regulatory differences, and target audiences in Canada and the U.S., ensuring ROCKWOOL speaks the language of each focus region. Own briefing, production and governance of video and photography assets, managing shoots and external partners to create reusable visual content for campaigns. Work closely with agency partners to standardize messaging, enable efficient multi‑channel content reuse, and train partners to consistently speak the ROCKWOOL language. Content distribution Own the content library and asset repository (video, images, renders, copy blocks) and convert the repository into reusable asset kits and campaign‑ready copy to speed channel execution. Provide channel teams with complete briefs (SEO/AIO flags, CTAs, metadata, measurement tags) so our Digital team can deploy with minimal rework; hand off campaign deployment and automation to Digital channel owners (Lead Gen / Experience) Support post‑launch performance reviews and iterate on messaging based on campaign results. What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Technical Writing or related field (or equivalent experience). 4–7+ years in B2B content marketing, editorial or product/content roles with demonstrable experience supporting demand generation and cross‑functional product teams.
