This position is 100% remoteA Senior Salesforce Consultant is able to work independently and both document and craft solutions with limited support from development team members. The Senior Consultant is a creative problem solver with a hunger for ever-deepening knowledge and expertise in their topical area. They are self-starters and self-educators recognizing any gaps in their skills and filling those.     DAY TO DAY:Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Reporting Expert to lead the Guest Support Operations/ Contact Centre team of one of the largest athleisure retail companies. This individual can sit remote across Canada. They will be joining an environment that has recently transitioned from Dynamics to Salesforce and will be responsible for being an expert within Salesforce Service Cloud and performing custom build reports and building data warehouses through Snowflake. They will need to have experience creating data visualizations using Power BI and have previous experience in a guest support environment. The ideal candidate will have the qualifications below:MUST HAVES: 4+ years experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (CRM) working within a Guest Support/ Contact Centre environment.Experience with custom build reports, being hands on with the data and ensuring it meets metrics and KPIsKnowledge on building data warehouses through Snowflake Has strong verbal and written communication skillsPLUSSES:Retail Experience
