    This position will provide liaison and support to the Sous Chef team to build and develop junior staff. Will supervise food preparation standards of Cooks, Journeyman Cooks & Apprentice Cooks. Will plan and organize daily/weekly production and service plan with fellow chef de parties and provide fast and efficient guest service and respond quickly to customer requests
