CHARGÉ(E) DE PROJETS - Intermédiaire Responsabilités principales: • Piloter des projets complexes liés à l’implantation, l’évolution ou la migration de solutions de centres de contact Cloud; • Contribuer à la réalisation de projet avec le but d’atteindre les objectifs visés, conditions de temps et budget défini (plusieurs projets et escouades en parallèle); • Réaliser la planification des livrables ainsi que l’estimé des coûts en tenant compte des enjeux, de la complexité, des intervenants et arrimages avec les autres projets; • Susciter l’engagement des ressources de l’escouade dans la réalisation des livrables : Assurer la performance de l’équipe et le contrôle de la qualité des livrables; • Favoriser l’auto-organisation des ressources; • Gérer les demandes de changements (en collaboration avec le directeur de solution d’affaires); • Collaborer à la définition de la stratégie de déploiement; • Assurer la cohérence des tâches du carnet du Sprint en suivant les engagements et priorités du carnet de produit; • Assister le PO (propriétaire du produit (peut-être un client interne ou externe)) dans la gestion du carnet de produit; • Communiquer les progrès accomplis, l’état d’avancement des travaux, le statut et le suivi financier du projet (statut d’avancement requis à chaque semaine); • Gérer les risques et plans de mitigation des projets; • Prendre en charge et gérer les obstacles et problèmes rencontrés; • Assumer un rôle de leadership dans le mode de livraison Agile et assister les ressources dans l’utilisation du mode Agile (coach) au besoin. • Assurer une communication proactive avec les clients pour gérer les attentes, clarifier les exigences et garantir leur satisfaction à chaque étape du projet. • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus internes et des méthodologies de gestion de projet. Profil recherché: -Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent; -Formation en gestion de projet, technologies de l’information, télécommunications ou équivalent. -Expertise comme Scrum Master dans une escouade et\ou en gestion de projets pour la mise en place de solution de développement ou d’intégration de logiciel; -Expérience en matière de leadership au service des autres et de faciliter en résolution de conflit; -Une bonne connaissance du marché des solutions de centres de contact, Communications unifiées, Téléphonie et solutions connexes (un atout); -Expérience avec outils Agile (Devops, Jira, Confluence, etc); -Leadership collaboratif et communication claire avec des interlocuteurs techniques et non techniques; -Français / Anglais. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our Restoration team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex building science and restoration projects from inception to completion. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful project delivery in terms of time, quality, and budget. KEY RESULT AREAS FOR THIS ROLE Building Restoration: Provide technical expertise and leadership in building envelope and/or rehabilitation projects, including areas such as exterior glazing, opaque wall assemblies, roofs, balconies, parking garages, and at-grade and below-grade waterproofing and cladding systems. Perform building science diagnostics and condition investigations, including examination/testing of building envelope systems. Oversee and ensure that all restoration projects align with industry standards and are delivered to meet client expectations. Project Management: Lead and manage restoration and repair projects, ensuring successful delivery from initial planning through to project completion. Define project scope, specify deliverables, and estimate and control project duration. Review and approve deliverables to ensure compliance with client objectives. Provide guidance and training to Project Associates and junior staff in executing projects, including preparation or review of specifications, schematic design, and contract administration. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring effective conflict resolution and efficient project execution. Participate in discussions to devise cost-effective solutions while addressing any unusual conditions affecting work progress. Client Management and Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships by acting as the key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams. Ensure timely follow-up on requests and drive projects to completion by providing clear, responsive communication. Represent the company with clients on an ongoing basis, continuously seeking feedback and implementing suggestions for improvement. Identify future work opportunities at client properties and foster long-term partnerships that benefit both the client and the firm. Revenue Generation: Participate in both short-term and long-term strategic planning, contributing to the overall growth and financial success of the company. Take responsibility for meeting financial targets and managing project budgets to ensure profitability and efficiency. Qualifications Knowledge Minimum 5+ years of building science experience within the consulting sector, with a strong focus on restoration and rehabilitation projects. Minimum 2+ years as a Project Manager. Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) or eligibility to obtain the designation. Proven project management expertise, including contract administration, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and proposal writing/development. Demonstrated ability to take building science restoration projects from conception to completion, including defining scope of work, preparing detailed specifications, and overseeing the project lifecycle. Technical expertise in the preparation of specifications and schematic designs for the repair or replacement of existing building assets, including curtain walls, cladding, balconies, roofing systems, and parking garages. Extensive experience working on diverse building science projects across various building types, such as multi-residential (condominiums), community housing, municipal buildings, commercial offices, and recreational facilities. Strong technical experience with building science/restoration components such as exterior glazing, building envelopes, structural repairs, waterproofing, and parking structures. Expertise in preparing project proposals, technical specifications, and Building Conditions Assessment reports. Previous experience in providing accurate cost estimates for remedial repairs and guiding projects to meet financial targets.
