Objectifs principaux : Fournir au service de l’information médicale un soutien de haute qualité, équilibré et opportun en recevant et en préparant les demandes d’information médicale provenant de partenaires internes et externes. Connaissance et compréhension approfondies des exigences en matière de détection et de déclaration des EI et des plaintes relatives à la qualité des produits conformément aux procédures d'Inizio et aux instructions spécifiées par le client, le cas échéant. Recueillir avec précision les informations requises par le programme et les saisir correctement dans la (les) base(s) de données spécifique(s) au programme. Maintenir d'excellentes normes de qualité et de productivité pour le programme du client ; respecter les lignes directrices du programme. Créer des rapports mensuels et trimestriels, y compris les indicateurs clés de performance, les types de questions/domaines thérapeutiques, les types par molécule, les tendances et les sujets d'actualité. Répondre aux demandes avec empathie et, le cas échéant, faciliter la compréhension de la terminologie médicale par les appelants. Respecter toutes les politiques de l'entreprise et du client ainsi que les procédures opérationnelles normalisées. Assurer la protection de la vie privée et de la confidentialité des patients en suivant les lignes directrices énoncées dans la Loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels et les documents électroniques, les politiques des clients et d’Inizio (vie privée des patients) Spécifications du titulaire du poste : Baccalauréat en sciences ou dans un domaine lié aux soins de santé Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais (oral et écrit) 1 à 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un domaine connexe ; une expérience dans le domaine de l'information médicale est un atout. The Healthcare Communicator will provide drug/medical device information, identify adverse events (AEs) and product quality complaints (PQCs) as outline by the client guidelines and collect demographic data and disposition for product, sample, and literature fulfilment. This is a remote role that will require occasional face to face meetings at the Montreal office. You will be reporting to the Manager Operations, Medical Information. Key Objectives: Provide high-quality, balanced, and timely support to the medical information department in receiving and preparing requests for medical information from internal and external partners. Firm knowledge and understanding of AEs and PQCs detection and reporting requirements by Inizio procedures and client-specified instructions, as necessary. Accurately collect information required by the program and correctly capture in specific program database(s). Maintain excellent quality and productivity standards for client program; adhere to program guidelines. Create monthly and quarterly reports, including KPIs, question types/therapeutic areas, types per molecule, trends, and hot topics. Respond to inquiries empathetically and as needed, facilitate the callers' understanding of medical terminology. Adhere to all company/client policies and Standard Operating Procedures Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines outlined in the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, client and Inizio policies (patient privacy) Thorough knowledge and understanding of the requirements for detecting and reporting adverse events and product quality complaints, in accordance with Inizio procedures and customer-specified guidelines, where applicable.
