Job Responsibilities
• General support and handy work (basic repairs, cleaning, organizing)
• Assist with daily operations (bike setup, rental check-ins, inventory)
• Provide great customer service — friendly, helpful, professional
• Help customers with questions, rentals, or products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace
• Work as part of a team, supporting coworkers as needed

• Able to lift 30–50 lbs if needed (basic physical tasks)
• Some handyman or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
