Overview We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Cleaner & Home Care Specialist to join our team in the GTA. The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and professional cleaning equipment, along with a personal vehicle for efficient travel between job sites. Additionally, having access to handymen, maintenance personnel, and other home care professionals is a plus. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in creating clean and comfortable living spaces, and has experience in residential cleaning Responsibilities Residential Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of homes, apartments, and rental properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom sanitation, and deep cleaning as required. Home Care & Maintenance Coordination: Identify minor maintenance issues and coordinate with handymen or other service providers as needed. Property Readiness & Move-In Preparation: Ensure rental units and residential properties are in pristine condition for new occupants. Supply & Equipment Management: Use personal professional-grade cleaning tools and supplies while ensuring proper storage and maintenance. Travel: Drive across various locations in the GTA using personal vehicle to reach different job sites efficiently. Client Interaction & Customer Service: Communicate professionally with property managers, landlords, and tenants to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in cleaning. You must be a legal resident of Canada, and must have a valid work permit. Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience in residential or commercial settings. Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds. Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently with team members, and managing cleaning schedules effectively. Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, if necessary. Ensuring all administrative procedures are strictly followed, such as the periodic home inspection to ensure conformity to standards, deep cleaning of properties before a guest moves in, and after the guest moves out. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Ability to coordinate minor repairs or maintenance needs when required.
