    The Position
    In the role of Valet Attendant, those who enjoy driving and parking cars of all makes and models as well as being outside and physically active could excel in this position. Please note: successful incumbents must be willing to work in all types of weather conditions and must be physically fit and capable of walking up to 15 kilometers per shift.
    Key Responsibilities

    -Drive and park patrons' motor vehicles within the designated Casino Rama valet area in a safe, secure and responsible manner
    -Accurately record any vehicle damage prior to valet parking i.e. perform a circle check and lock vehicles
    -Match keys to valet ticket and proper vehicle

    The Position
    In the role of Environmental Services Houseperson Attendant, we are looking for candidates who are customer service oriented, organized, able to use many types of equipment and enjoy cleaning with attention to detail and embrace our high levels of standards.
    Key Responsibilities

    -Respond to patron issues in a timely manner and provide resolution to issues, while providing superior customer service.
    -Promote excellent employee relations through respect, courtesy, tact and friendliness.
    -Clean and maintain all assigned areas, public and non-public in an effective, efficient, safe manner.

    The Position
    In the role of Environmental Services Houseperson Attendant, we are looking for candidates who are customer service oriented, organized, able to use many types of equipment and enjoy cleaning with attention to detail and embrace our high levels of standards.
    Key Responsibilities

    -Respond to patron issues in a timely manner and provide resolution to issues, while providing superior customer service.

    What you will be doing:

    -To successfully set/tear down banquet rooms for meetings and functions as specified by event contracts, resumes, and supervisors in a congenial, friendly, helpful and timely manner.

    Based out of the Electrical Division located in Edmonton, Calgary, or Montreal, the Senior Applications Engineer will report to the Estimating Supervisor of the Sales & Estimating department. The Senior Applications Engineer will be responsible for competitive technical proposals and accurate cost estimates of switchgear and electrical buildings. This position also provides functional support to the sales and execution team.
    Essential Responsibilities
    Reviews customer project documentation including: specification, data sheets and drawings to gain a complete understanding of the project's requirement from a technical and commercial perspective. Develops detailed and comprehensive proposals that accurately depict a proper understanding of the project's requirements while also complying with customer specifications, industry standards, and applicable local codes. Provides suitable comments and or exceptions necessary to convey a clear message to our customers regarding Powell's compliance with the requirements of the project. Creates Basis of Estimate and Basis of Schedule documents to accompany the estimate. Acquires and provides technical leadership to supporting departments such as sales and other stakeholders. Works with various project teams to facilitate the use of estimating tools and processes to produce accurate, reputable proposals. Prepares and presents overviews of proposals to clients and internal stakeholders as required. Reviews product specific cost data and conduct appropriate analysis using statistical tools and performance measurements; works with the production engineering staff; manufacturing engineering, and operations departments in order to institute accurate labor and material forecasting factors into pricing systems. Other duties as required.

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in an Electrical Engineering discipline or a C.E.T. designation from an accredited technical institute, college or University Valid Journeyman Ticket is considered an asset. 3-5 years of experience in an Estimating is considered an asset. Experience with vendors and components for common commercial/industrial power distribution, motor controls, process control, and lighting projects. Previous experience with AutoCAD and advance Excel is preferred.
