    To support ongoing platform development and site migration, the DXP team is seeking an experienced Application Administrator. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and managing the various solutions within the DXP platform, ensuring their continued smooth operation and support for organizational requirements.
    As an Application Administrator, you will leverage your deep understanding of application solutions and underlying technologies to configure, manage, and maintain the DXP platform. You will work closely with infrastructure teams to implement backup, security, data, and application management best practices, while staying up-to-date with solution updates and vendor interactions.
    Key Responsibilities: Lead administration and management of the DXP platform applications and solutions, ensuring effective operation. Provide daily operational support, sustaining processes, monitoring performance measures, dashboards, and system logs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, defects, and outages, collaborating with vendors and implementation partners as necessary. Monitor tickets, ensuring SLAs are met and follow up on outstanding issues. Review and manage vendor platform updates, notifying internal teams in advance and ensuring platform performance post-update. Coordinate updates to platform components, including Drupal core and other modules, and ensure successful management with vendors. Manage security profiles, ensuring appropriate roles and permissions are allocated. Support access management procedures to ensure the correct roles are assigned for effective security and segregation of duties. Ensure adherence to platform guidelines, standards, and content requirements, and resolve any issues or exceptions. Support the creation of new sites for migration efforts and site requirements, ensuring proper configurations for desired functionality. Manage code and site deployments, ensuring effective updates and managing deployment impacts. Oversee integration of additional modules into the DXP platform, ensuring evaluations and reliable functionality.
    Education: A three-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Continued education in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
    Experience: At least five years of hands-on experience in large, complex environments designing, building, operating, and maintaining enterprise-class solutions. A minimum of three years of experience in administering enterprise-level applications.
    Required Skills: Strong enterprise application administration skills. Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills. Deep understanding of operational procedures, with the ability to refine and support best practices for site stability and performance. Proficiency in front-end and back-end development languages, including PHP, JS, JS frameworks, CSS, and HTML. Experience managing integrations with data sources (API, database calls, local files) for web content processing. Proven ability to ensure compliance with coding standards and development best practices. Experience in quality assurance and code review processes to ensure deployed code meets standards. Experience in administering DXP/CMS platforms, particularly Drupal 10, Drupal multisite, Acquia Site Factory, and Acquia Site Studio. Knowledge of personalization platforms like VWO Personalization and Acquia Content Hub is highly desirable. Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills. Experience working in agile environments. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps. Experience in higher education or the public sector is an asset.

A Gas fitter Class ‘B’ Contractor’s License. Plumbing experience would also be an asset. Working knowledge of computer operation and software applications related to work performed.     Duties and Responsibilities Program and Student Support Applies Learn through Play and teacher directed educational approach to develop the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills of children ages 0-35 months and/or ages 3 to 5 years depending on job placement. Plans, develops, and implements developmentally appropriate activities that integrate learning and community, adapting to suit the individual learning needs of each child. Participates in Land-based programming (outside activities) during different types of weather such as snow and rain to offer different learning experiences. Partners with the other ECE Teachers and staff on projects, activities and crafts relating to the program, including preparing lesson plans and delivery to children. Assists in the supervision of children in the development of life skills and performance of daily activities. Monitors for safety of the children.     Qualifications and Skills Early Childhood Education with Infant Toddler Specialist certification required.
