Provide associates with the training, information, tools, coaching, guidance, encouragement and recognition needed to meet expectations and/or take on higher levels of responsibility. Leading the Front End Communicate goals, priorities, and directions from store leadership to associates. Ensure the parking lot is shoppable and free of debris. Engage back-up cashiers as necessary and assign them to predetermined registers. Operate cash machines and train cashiers accordingly. Assist guards for cash collection. Maintains Safety and Security Follows all Safety and Loss Prevention policies and procedures. Follows processes on the front-end designed to mitigate shrink and protect assets, ensuring front end associates do the same.
