2B Developments is looking to hire a junior labourer who will support our site manager and labourer on a range of tasks including some of the following: - intaking material deliveries to site; - opening up and closing down our construction site - site clean up and maintenance - some general carpentry work and supportive labour work - experience working with tools We are looking for a candidate who lives ideally in Perth or within Lanark County who has a driver's license and their own vehicle, construction site appropriate attire (hard boots and a hard hat), and some tools. This is an entry-level position, and our team is committed to providing training, assisting with certificate acquisition, and developing a personalized growth plan within the company. The candidate will have a positive mindset, be reliable, have a passion for building housing, be a team player, and have strong communication skills. Pay will depend on experience and an assessment of skillsets, and will start at $17.50/hour and can go up to $22.50/hour. Further growth opportunities are available.
