    About the Position Are you a nurse looking to leverage your clinical experience in a new, innovative way? Able Innovations is seeking dynamic nurses to join our Clinical Implementation Team.

    As an Implementation Specialist you will be providing care for the caregivers. You will serve as the on-site expert, training hospital staff on how to use our cutting-edge technology to improve safety and efficiency. You will represent us as our boots-on-the-ground representative during critical product launches and implementation phases.

    This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, education and human connection.

    This role is based in Toronto, ON, with frequent (50%-75%) local and regional travel to healthcare facilities in Canada and the USA. You will be the face of Able Innovations in your territory, with support from our Toronto HQ.

    Responsibilities

    On-Site Training: Lead hands-on training sessions for hospital staff (nurses, porters, techs) on the safe and effective use of Able Innovations equipment.

    Go-Live Support: Provide "at-the-elbow" support during shift changes and peak hours to ensure staff feel confident using the new technology in real-time.

    Clinical Advocacy: Bridge the gap between engineering and nursing. Translate technical features into clinical benefits (e.g., "Here is how this device helps you turn a patient with zero back strain").

    Adoption Monitoring: Observe usage on the floor, identify barriers to adoption, and gently encourage hesitant staff to try the new workflow.

    Feedback Loop: Report site-specific feedback, bugs, or wins back to the Able Innovations headquarters to help us improve our product.

    Qualifications

    Experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or RPN/LPN.

    Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med/Surg, ICU, or ER preferred).

    Experience as a preceptor, charge nurse, or clinical educator is a huge plus. You must be comfortable speaking to groups and teaching peers.

    Bilingual - with an intermediate-to-expert read/write/conversation level in French.

    Ability to be comfortable with learning new hardware/software and troubleshooting basic issues.

    Personality that is approachable, empathetic and persuasive.

    Valid G or G2 driver's license and eligibility for cross-border travel (US).
