We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner & Caretaker to be the heart of our charming 7-unit boutique hotel/Airbnb building in historic Ramsay, Calgary. This is more than just a cleaning job—you will be the key to our guest experience and the face of our building's renowned character and charm. What You'll Do (The Role): You will be responsible for the comprehensive cleanliness and daily operation of our property, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and delighted. Core Responsibilities: Guest Unit Cleaning: Execute thorough cleaning and sanitization of all 7 units after each check-out, ensuring a pristine, 5-star standard. Building Maintenance & Care: Maintain the cleanliness of common areas and hallways, ensuring the building always presents beautifully. Guest Preparation: Prepare thoughtful welcome baskets and ensure ample, high-quality supplies are stocked in every unit. Property Oversight: Conduct regular unit inspections to flag any maintenance issues (e.g., drips, leaks, wear-and-tear) immediately. Light Outdoor Work: Seasonal duties including clearing snow from the main entrance and keeping the boulevard neat. Seasonal Decorating: Take the initiative to decorate the common areas for holidays and special events (Christmas, Halloween, etc.) to enhance the guest experience. Quality Control & Feedback: Review units after each stay and proactively suggest improvements to amenities, setup, and service to help us consistently elevate our guest stays.
