Supervisory Responsibilities The team leader will set up work areas, direct workflow, allocate resources, and improve processes within a workgroup. The team leader will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and will not have any disciplinary or corrective action authority. Working Conditions Work is primarily performed within a warehouse setting both indoors and outdoors. Noise levels vary; however, there is no continuous exposure to hazardous noise levels. Manufacturing Technology Drafter Overview The Manufacturing Technology Drafter is responsible for interpreting customer drawings, and transcribing the information therein into JCA scale drawings, and other documentation needed to build efficiently on the production floor. Other duties include building the BOM (Bill of Material) and Labor estimates and assisting with managing the change of designs for our customers, as well as JCA designed products. Prior drafting experience, an eagerness to learn new skills, and good attention to detail would be valuable for any applicant.
