Successful candidates will have: Proven success managing large-scale, complex construction projects with strong knowledge of building codes and industry regulations. Strong organizational and documentation skills, with proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office. Must have experience quoting medium to large-scale restoration projects, with a strong understanding of scopes, costs, and timelines. Must be comfortable reading and understanding insurance codes to ensure accurate project quoting and compliance. Project Management certification strongly preferred, and/or prior experience leading business process optimization initiatives Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and industry-specific software such as Xactimate, Symbility, and XactAnalysis.
