RESPONSABILITÉSConcevoir les plans en 3D pour les systèmes de réfrigération industrielle, plomberie, chauffage et refroidissement.Respecter les normes et les codes en vigueur.Coordonner les mesures entre les différentes sources d’informations soit les plans, les mesures au chantier, la coordination avec les autres corps de métier et les informations venant des fournisseurs.Participer à l’estimation de coûts des projets via l’utilisation des outils technologiques de dessin et de take-off.Participer aux réunions de coordination BIM pour les projets majeurs qui le requièrent.Monter et préparer différents documents techniques requis dans le cadre d’un projet.Monter des gabarits, des standards et des bibliothèques pour optimiser le travail de dessin.Monter des fiches de fabrication et d’installation pour l’atelier et le chantier.Monter des listes d’achat de matériel générées par les logiciels pour le chargé de projet.Entretien d’excellentes relations avec les collègues, les fournisseurs et les partenaires de l’entreprise.Maintenir la connaissance des nouveaux produits, des nouvelles solutions et méthodes de travail dans sa spécialité dans le but d’apporter les meilleures solutions à nos clients et nos équipes.Promouvoir la culture de Santé-Sécurité au travail auprès de tous les employés, sous-traitants et clients.Toute autre tâche connexe.
COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS
DEC en mécanique de bâtiment.DEP en dessin industriel ou dessin de bâtiment.Posséder un véhicule et un permis de conduire valide.Maîtrise AutoCAD et BIM/RevitMaîtrise les logiciels de la suite Outlook.Excellente maîtrise du Français parlé et écrit

Job Summary:The Data Administrator is an all-encompassing role which supports branch contracts by maintaining and processing administrative operations. The incumbent must be able to work independently and as part of a larger team as well as working to ensure back-office processes are executed with excellence to maximize profitability through the contract process and by meeting and exceeding customer KPIs.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Service Leadership to minimize risks and support the growth potential of all new and existing contracts.Communicate and coordinate with all members of the sales team as well as Service Management for contract compliance, escalation and/or follow up.Review documents and ensure contract compliance and financial commitments are met.Proactively manage branch performance through communication with customers.Ensure contracts are administered according to contract, company procedures and company policies.Control company’s risks and proactively resolve contract issues.Be the point of contact between the sales team and the service team.Participate in the kick-off meeting and taking and distributing the meeting minutes.Open Work Orders to accommodate the PM repair recommendations.Review the profitability reports.Chair the monthly progress meetings and respond according to the meeting discoveries and feedback.Communicate and evaluate the customer experience through customer communication and questionnaires.Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Qualifications:Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.Significant experience with high-volume contract administration role, and to multi-task, prioritize and work to tight timelinesIntermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Power Point)Applied knowledge of contract structures, terms, and conditions.Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to details.Proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of internal and external individuals.Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to document information and instructions

Job Summary:
This key role within the Proposal Development Team requires a detail‑oriented, bilingual professional who collaborates effectively and brings experience in proposal preparation, marketing, and/or communications. The ideal candidate is a high‑energy team player eager to contribute to the tactical execution of a comprehensive business growth strategy across our diverse technical business units.
Reporting to the Manager, Proposal Development, this position will support Proposal Responses (RFQ, RFP, etc.) and other Sales Documentation. The specialist will work closely with Business Unit leaders and key contributors from our operations and maintenance teams to develop winning proposal submissions for a variety of opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare professionally written proposal responses that meet customer requirements in both French and English, ensuring all submissions are compliant, accurate, concise, and effective.Write and develop clear, persuasive proposal content (French and English as required) and other sales materials that are technically sound and compelling, effectively integrating win themes.Collaborate closely with a cross‑functional team of subject matter experts across technical, business, commercial, and legal areas throughout the proposal lifecycle.Leverage strong project management skills to define and manage the proposal response plan, including section assignments, schedules, and color reviews, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet quality standards.Organize and actively participate in proposal status meetings.Support the Proposals Team in preparing documentation required for internal gating and approval processes.Contribute to the proposal management centralization initiative, including the development of a content library to improve the quality of information and accelerate proposal response times.Coordinate proposal production with internal and external resources, including editing, formatting, printing, distribution, and final delivery to the customer.
Qualifications
Fluency in French is mandatory.University degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in proposal preparation/completion.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Exceptional attention to detail, high level of organization, and strong self‑motivation.Ability to influence without authority and work effectively within varied team environments.Strong multitasking skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with firm deadlines.Client‑focused mindset, consistently adopting the client perspective in all interactions.Skilled in conducting research using online sources and other tools.Basic knowledge of facility operations and maintenance services is considered an asset.
The salary range is $65,000 to $90,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data. The base salary is just one component of Ainsworth’s total compensation package, which also includes additional rewards and benefits such as short-term incentives and health insurance, among others.
