    The Opportunity
    We are seeking a Production Planner to join our Operations team in Delta, BC. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is responsible for developing and managing production schedules, supporting revenue targets, and improving overall operational efficiency.
    This position plays a key coordination role across Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure production commitments are achieved on time, safely, and in full compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
    What You’ll Do
    Own and maintain the production schedule within the ERP system and supporting planning toolsActively manage daily production execution by identifying risks, constraints, capacity limitations, and material shortagesAct as a liaison between production teams, customer service, supply chain, engineering and leadership.Partner with Technical Support and the Director of Operations to ensure customer, technical, and regulatory requirements are clearly understood and metLead production meetings with Director of Operations and Shop LeadershipLead and contribute to Build Plan / Kitting meetings with cross-functional teamsSupport the development and maintenance of monthly production and revenue forecastsTrack, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational performanceSupport internal and external audits, corrective actions, and root cause analysis activitiesLead and participate in continuous improvement initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve planning accuracy, workflow efficiency, and communication effectiveness
    What You Bring
    Experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations leadership within aerospace MRO, manufacturing, or another regulated environmentStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skillsProven ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate to meet production goals and timelinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departmentsDemonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authoritySolid understanding of ERP-driven production planning and schedulingProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Machine shop or component repair experience is an assetKnowledge of aerospace or manufacturing industry standards is an asset
