We are seeking another dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Flat Roofing Labourer. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our commercial roofing projects. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment. This role demands reliable attendance and punctuality - these are non-negotiable. No experience required. Responsibilities • Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. • Perform general site clean-up and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment. • Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks. • Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. • Help with the assembly or disassembly of structures or equipment as required. • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site. Skills/Requirements • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required. • Excellent teamwork and communication skills. • Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently. • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques. • Attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site. • Must be willing to travel to various job sites in Eastern Ontario. • Must have reliable transportation.
