    Project DescriptionWe are in the midst of a major ERP transformation, implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud to modernize our sourcing, procurement, contracting, and supplier management processes.This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all cutover activities and ensuring a smooth transition into Hypercare support following Go-Live. This individual will work closely with the Program Management Office (PMO), Functional Leads, Technical Integration Teams, and Business Stakeholders and Organization Change Management (OCM) team to deliver a seamless migration from SAP to Oracle Fusion ERP.
    This role will be leading the cutover process in collaboration with the integrator (2 in a box model), from planning and coordination to execution. In this role, effective communication is paramount. You will create clear and compelling presentations to rally the team and convey the rationale and significance of the cutover plan to diverse audiences. As a supportive leader, you will provide thorough coaching to team members to ensure they fully grasp the required activities, building their confidence and ensuring a successful transition to Hypercare post-Go-Live
    ActivitiesKey Responsibilities:
