We are seeking a true product management professional—someone who has owned a functional roadmap, driven continuous improvement, and managed end‑to‑end product value delivery.You will oversee the day‑to‑day roadmap, capacity and resource planning, communications, training, and adoption. The work includes managing existing AI use cases while also discovering and shaping new AI opportunities across multiple business domains.The role works closely with finance partners to assess, track, and validate ROI of all AI initiatives.     Role OverviewThe AI Product Solutions Lead is responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and value realization of AI‑enabled products across functions such as Supply Chain, Commercial, HR, Finance, and Operations. You will act as the main bridge between business stakeholders and AI delivery teams, ensuring initiatives are aligned to business priorities and tied to measurable outcomes.This role focuses on adoption, continuous improvement, and operational impact, partnering closely with solution architects, data scientists, engineering teams, and functional leaders.
