Position OverviewIn this role, the successful candidate will work to gather information and create solutions in order to provide excellent support to our clients. The Client Experience Team is the ‘go to’ for our Investment Advisor clients and the corresponding relationship is based on the trust they have in our expertise and ability to support them effectively. We are looking for someone who works calmly in a fast-paced environment and ensures work is completed in a timely fashion. This is a client-facing role that requires a heightened level of experience working within the financial services industry.
What You Will Do
Taking a team approach, support our Advisor clients with day-to-day inquiries and any specific requests for assistance- relating to Systems, Compliance, Trading, Estates, and moreProvide training to advisors and their branches/teamsProvide support to/work with other departments as required for multi-faceted issuesWork on project-specific tasks relating to procedural updatesAssisting and supporting management on ad-hoc and priority items
You Will Bring:
1-3 years’ experience providing client service in the investment, banking or related industries – focus on very strong client service skillsIndustry related academic experience (ex. CSC, CPH) or an evidenced commitment towards further educationStrong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)Team Player with friendly personality and strong communication skillsProven ability to manage high volumes with a positive and professional attitudeAbility/Flexibility to work independently in hybrid home/office environment

Position Overview In this role, the successful candidate will provide support to our transitioning advisors by helping them navigate the onboarding process via training, regular calls, and practice management. They will act as a senior resource to their advisors and as the conduit between advisor and head office. Their focus is to know business practices of their advisors and work with them to successfully transition their business to Aligned Capital Partners, Inc. A good understanding of the industry coupled with soft skills to work calmly in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks for multiple advisors.
What you will do: Act as the main point of contact for the advisor and their team during a transition Assist and prepare the advisor with pre- and post- registration actions as outlined by the protocol in our transition guide and roadmap Ensure coordination between all departments for all transition-related items Assess issues and engage executive where needed on urgent or exceptional matters Train advisor on all systems required for transitioning assets and managing their book of business thereafter Collaborate with Transition Support Associate on tracking account opening and asset movement to ensure assets arrive in a timely manner
You will bring: University degree or College diploma is preferred At least 2 years of work experience providing client service in the investment, banking, or related industries Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel) A demonstrated collaborative approach to solving problems Experience with industry-related client service Strong communication skills Completion of CSC and CPH is an asset, and if you do not have them completed, it is expected that these courses are completed within a year
