  • Senior Manager, Product Marketing

    - Toronto

Then Jobber might be the place for you! We’re looking for a senior product marketing leader.

The Team: Reporting to our Director of Product Marketing, you’ll lead a team of four product marketers and own the commercial outcomes for the portfolio. You won’t just market products, you’ll drive how they’re packaged, positioned, and adopted. If you think like a business owner and want to lead a team that moves the needle on revenue, this is the role.

You’ll manage a team of four PMMs with complementary scopes. This is a high-functioning team. You’re not rebuilding, you’re adding a leadership layer that gives them strategic direction, coaching, and commercial accountability.

You’ll also work closely with Product Management, Lifecycle Marketing & Strategy

The Role: You will own commercial growth across our add-on and plan upgrade portfolio. This is Jobber’s growth engine: the products and programs that drive, expand revenue per account, and turn single-product customers into multi-product ones. It’s where product marketing meets business strategy and it has a direct, measurable impact on Jobber’s revenue.

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing will:

Own revenue growth for Jobber’s add-on and plan upgrade portfolio — attach rate, ARPA (Average Revenue Per Account), upgrade MRR, multi-product adoption, and trial-to-paid conversion are your numbers

Lead, coach, and develop a team of four product marketers spanning domain GTM, portfolio growth strategy, and segment positioning

Define and drive packaging and monetization strategy, bundling, pricing inputs, promotions, and plan evolution, in partnership with Strategy, Product and Finance

Build growth strategy across marketing, sales, lifecycle, and in-product surfaces, identifying the highest-leverage opportunities and focusing the team’s energy there

Establish the performance rhythm for the portfolio: quarterly growth targets, leading indicator tracking, business reviews, and the discipline to cut what’s not working and double down on what is

Partner deeply with Product Management to shape roadmap priorities based on commercial signal, what customers need, what drives revenue, and what creates competitive differentiation

Champion commercial rigor across the PMM function, bring clarity to how the team measures impact, sets targets, and reports on outcomes

    To be successful, you’ll need:

Deep experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or commercial strategy

Proven people leadership experience, managing PMMs or equivalent roles

Deep experience in B2C SaaS; SMB or mid-market experience strongly preferred

A track record of owning commercial outcomes, revenue, adoption, attach, conversion, not just launch execution

Experience with packaging, pricing, or monetization strategy

Ability to self‑direct in ambiguous environments, you don’t wait for a playbook, you build one

Proven ability to build trust quickly across functions, with Product, Marketing, and leadership

A coaching mindset, you develop people by giving them ownership and holding them accountable to outcomes, not by micromanaging

Decisive with incomplete information – a bias to action over analysis paralysis

Think like a business owner, not just a marketer – you naturally gravitate toward “what’s the revenue impact?” over “what’s the campaign plan?”

A high standard of excellence and contagious pride for the work your team ships

Location: We believe great collaboration is intentional, and sometimes that means coming together in person to build, brainstorm, and connect. To support this, the role is open to candidates based in one of our hub cities:

    Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener‑Waterloo.

Compensation: At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience and growth. This role has a minimum annual salary of $151,200, a midpoint of $177,900 and a maximum salary of $204,500, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.

We design our compensation to reflect each new hire’s skills, experience against the complexity of the role, ensuring a fair and competitive salary. Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long‑term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect strong potential with room to develop. This approach ensures that compensation aligns with both an individual’s current capabilities and their opportunity for future growth.

Base salary is just one part of a total compensation package that will include equity rewards, annual stipends for health and wellness, retirement savings matching, and an extended health package with fully paid premiums for body and mind. Your professional growth matters to us too! You’ll have access to a dedicated talent development program that includes career coaching and opportunities for career development.

We believe in transparency and open conversations about compensation. If you have any questions about our approach, we’re happy to discuss them throughout the hiring process!

What you can expect from Jobber:

A total compensation package that includes an extended health benefits package with fully paid premiums for both body and mind, matching in RRSP, TFSA or FHSA, and stock options.

A dedicated Talent Development team and access to coaching, learning, and leadership programs to help you grow your career, reach your goals, and unlock your full potential.

A unique opportunity to build, grow, and leave your impact on a $400‑billion industry that has no dominant player…yet.

To work with a group of people who are humble, supportive, and give a sh*t about our customers.

We believe that diverse teams perform better and that fostering an inclusive work environment is a key part of growing a successful team. We welcome people of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We are an equal opportunity employer, and we are committed to working with applicants requesting accommodation at any stage of the hiring process.
