  • INTERMEDIATE NETWORK SERVICES - NOC Analyst Our Calgary based client is seeking an Intermediate Network Services Specialist/NOC Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex, multi-tenant infrastructure tools, on-premise and cloud-connected technologies. RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitoring, event and incident management tools like SolarWinds – Orion, as well as address the incident lifecycle through the use of Service Now Respond to incidents such as infrastructure, network or SQL problems Manage server backups and maintenance plans Complete approved changes of IT infrastructure within change windows, such as patching Perform physical infrastructure checks regularly and remediate any issues Complete quarterly vulnerability scans and remediate identified issues REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of professional experience NOC knowledge Knowledge of Security and be willing to take a certification ASAP after starting ITIL process experience - ideally in a call center or NOC *must be willing to work rotational shifts that include overnights, daytime, evenings and weekends and on a varying schedule Contract to run until the end of the year Hourly Rate: $28-$30/hour for an Incorporated consultant 100% in office If you're interested, please reply with your resume.
