Votre futur rôle Relevez un nouveau défi et mettez à profit votre expertise en cybersécurité dans un nouveau domaine de pointe. Vous travaillerez avec une équipe dynamique, résiliente et innovante et vous contribuerez à la protection de systèmes de transport critiques, renforçant ainsi la sécurité et la confiance de nos clients à l'échelle mondiale. Au quotidien, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de l'entreprise (ingénieurs, développeurs et spécialistes de la sécurité), planifier les activités de sécurité dans le cadre du cycle de vie du développement et bien plus. Nous ferons appel à vous pour : Analyser les besoins de sécurité de l'appel d'offres / du projet (y compris les lois et les règlements locaux), déterminer les objectifs de sécurité et la stratégie des principaux risques de sécurité. Planifier les activités de sécurité dans le cadre du cycle de vie du développement, estimer les coûts et la durée, leurs impacts sur l'exécution de l'appel d'offres/du projet, identifier les besoins de formation. Etre responsable du coût / de la qualité / du retard des livrables de cybersécurité des appels d'offres/projets, selon le contexte de l'appel d'offres/du projet. Contexte de la cybersécurité et analyse du risque de cybersécurité. Définir l'architecture de cybersécurité et attribution des exigences. Cascader les exigences vers les fournisseurs, gestion des risques liés aux tiers. Appliquer le niveau d'assurance en matière de cybersécurité. Définir les procédures opérationnelles en matière de cybersécurité. Évaluer le niveau de cybersécurité atteint par l'appel d'offres/le projet. Gérer le budget et les sous-traitants de son périmètre. Fournir un soutien lors des réunions de conception technique pour les activités de cybersécurité. Obtenir l'accord du soumissionnaire/projet client/partenaires sur l'ensemble des mesures de sécurité à mettre en œuvre. Gérer les vulnérabilités, les problèmes de cybersécurité et les plans d'action. Gérer la communication relative à la cybersécurité de l'appel d'offres/du projet. Faire un rapport sur l'état de la cybersécurité de l'appel d'offre/du projet. En cas d'audit externe de cybersécurité, gérer la relation avec les auditeurs et tirer les leçons de l'expérience. Promouvoir le code d'éthique d'Alstom et adhérer aux normes les plus élevées de conduite éthique. Votre profil Licence/baccalauréat en ingénierie Certifications en cybersécurité de préférence Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans un environnement industriel 10+ ans d'expérience liée à la cybersécurité en général, expérience de déploiement de technologies de sécurité. Expérience de la gestion du QCD Souhaitable: Connaissance du portefeuille de produits et solutions d'Alstom Expérience avec la responsabilité directe de l'architecture, de la conception et du développement. The Control Engineer is in charge of defining the architecture and functionalities of safety relevant Train Control systems, along with Alerter/Vigilance, Event Recording subsystems, plus Train-to-Wayside Communication. As well, the Control Engineer’s responsibilities include ensuring the successful integration of these systems into the train. The Control Systems Engineer ensures the successful integration of their assigned system. This starts with assessment, acceptance and synthesis of both the customer and internal requirements, definition/description of the system architecture at the train level, concluding with the conformed Technical Purchase Specification (TPS) for the system. The Control Systems Engineer will work with suppliers and internal participating units to create the Interface Control Document (ICD), Electrical Interface Specification (EIS), Functional Principle Schemes (FPS), along with verification and validation test documents at the train level. At defined milestones in the project life, the Control Engineer will provide design reviews internally and to customers, sharing their deep understanding of the requirements for the system along communicating technical information about the design, plus how the system is complying with the breadth of technical requirements. He/she may work independently on the design but takes direction from the Train Control Engineer or Project Engineering Manager. Responsibilities Responsible for the control engineering activities related to the integration of new equipment on the train. This includes: Defining and implementing the functional, performance, transverse and train level requirements of the dedicated subsystem. Integrating the subsystem into the train (mechanically and electrically). Defining the interfaces (mechanical and electrical) for the dedicated subsystem. Verifying of the subsystem (focus on train level) including design reviews. Implementing engineering change and configuration management process for the control subsystem at train level. Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with all engineering métiers and transverse domain experts to ensure the complete and successful integration. Must be able to easily comprehend customer requirements (Contract Deliverable Requirements List) and translate them into design documents for customer review. Develop and implement creative work processes and innovative work methods to maximize efficiency. Proactive cross-functional team player who plans, coordinates and suggests solutions. Required profile Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in technical domain is essential, experience in Systems Integration and understanding Of Systems Architecture are required. Rolling stock functional engineering experience that includes: Experience in co-development and deployment of safety relevant embedded control systems. Experience integrating electrical, electro-mechanical and embedded control systems. Microsoft Office. Fluent in English and French. Position Overview The Tester in Charge will be the technical lead supporting the Project Commissioning Manager in managing the pretesting, delivery and commissioning of the testing phase of the project, lineside, data and systems interface, ensuring all aspects are tested safely, to program and forecast cost. Key Responsibilities By delegation of the TSE/TPM, specify one or several train functions, and associated sub-system(s) at train level and lead technically the engineering studies to reach the required performances at train level. Perform the transverse requirement allocations to the various subsystems in close collaboration with the relevant specialists. Technical open issues resolution on TSE request, from investigation to modification implementation and problem closure. Perform reporting at project level (to TSE, via KPI) and metier level (via weekly reports).
