    Pour accompagner la mutation technologique de l'un de nos clients du domaine banciare, nous recrutons un spécialiste de Copilot pour intervenir comme support technique sur l'outil.
    Responsabilités : Assurer le support technique et le dépannage du système Copilot et des systèmes intégrés. Collaborer avec le service informatique et d'autres services pour recueillir les besoins et veiller à ce que le système Copilot réponde aux besoins de l'entreprise. Assurer l'intégrité et la sécurité des données dans le système Copilot et les systèmes intégrés. Créer et maintenir la documentation sur les processus et procédures de soutien. Se tenir au courant des dernières tendances et des meilleures pratiques en matière de solutions basées sur l'IA et de technologies connexes. Se tenir au courant des changements annoncés et comprendre leur impact sur l'organisation. Contribuer à l'évolution de la solution pour améliorer l'efficacité et la productivité.
    Compétences requises : Expérience professionnelle Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de Copilot ou de solutions similaires basées sur l'intelligence artificielle et dans le domaine de l'assistance à la clientèle. Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans Copilot prompt. Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le support des solutions Microsoft Office 365. Expérience avec d'autres systèmes de support et outils d'intégration. Expérience avec les méthodologies Agile. Une expérience avec Copilot studio est un atout.
    Expérience en matière d'éducation Licence en informatique, en systèmes d'information ou dans un domaine connexe.
    Connaissances et compétences Capacité à analyser et à résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes. Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la collaboration.     About the Role We are urgently seeking a Design Section Manager (DSM) to support Pickering Refurbishment. This role will involve providing technical leadership, problem-solving, and guidance on nuclear Structures, Systems, and Components (SSCs) modifications while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and OPG Engineering Change Control (ECC) procedures. The DSM will manage a team of Design Team Leads (DTLs), Design Engineers (DEs), and Modification Team Leads (MTLs), ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to safety and engineering standards.     Job Title : Senior Mechanical Designer Department : Nuclear Location : Cambridge, ON
    Position Overview As a Senior Mechanical Designer ALTEN Canada, Nuclear Department, you will be a key player in designing and analyzing mechanical systems with a particular focus on design verification for nuclear projects. Your expertise in mechanical design, engineering calculations, and structural analysis will contribute to the successful design, verification, and integration of highly regulated and safety-critical systems. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure that designs meet all relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
    Key Responsibilities Design & Analysis Lead the design and verification efforts of mechanical components and systems for nuclear projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., CSA N285.0, CSA B51, and NQA). Perform structural integrity analysis, material strength evaluations, and functional analysis (forces, strokes, speeds, pressure/flow, accuracy, repeatability, reliability, etc.) to verify design and operating conditions (pressure, temperature, radiation, seismic, etc.). Take engineering responsibility for own work and the work verified or supervised, including signing and sealing engineering documents and drawings as required by the Professional Engineers Act, Ontario.
    Compliance & Verification Review and analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure that designs meet or exceed functional and safety specifications. Participate in design reviews with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence to applicable codes and standards. Support design verification through calculations, simulations, and evaluations of mechanical systems and components. Maintain and uphold adherence to relevant quality standards (ISO, CSA N285/NQA).
    Collaboration & Support Work cross-functionally with electrical designers, programmers, fabricators, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with electrical and control components. Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide design updates, and address technical queries. Provide technical design support for the construction of pressure boundary components within Certificate of Authorization.
    Project Management & Leadership Oversee and mentor junior design staff, providing guidance on technical solutions, design approaches, and best practices. Organize and manage documentation for mechanical design projects, including quotes, requisitions, drawings, schedules, and progress reports. Take on supervisory roles for specific projects, delegating tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating resources.
    Design Standards & Continuous Improvement Contribute to the development and implementation of design and department standards, ensuring the continued optimization of mechanical design processes and practices. Continuously improve design practices to meet customer needs, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
    Other Responsibilities Occasionally supervise the work of junior/intermediate designers, offering technical direction and mentorship. Assist in proposal and estimation activities related to mechanical design, including labor hour estimates and project scopes.     Must-Have Qualifications Education : Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or a related field. Licenced Professional Engineer (P.Eng.). Experience : Minimum of 15 years of mechanical design experience, ideally within highly regulated industries such as nuclear, oil and gas, or aerospace. Extensive experience using SolidWorks for 3D design, modeling, and creating detailed engineering drawings. Proficient in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural simulations, optimization, and validation of mechanical systems. Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Ontario with the ability to sign and seal engineering documents. Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems design, including electromechanical integration (servo motors, pneumatic/hydraulic cylinders, gearboxes). Expertise in evaluating material strength, structural integrity, and design for various operating conditions (pressure, temperature, radiation, seismic, etc.). Familiarity with the design and analysis of systems compliant with CSA, ASME, and other relevant nuclear and mechanical codes.     Process Validation Specialist
    Location: North York Division: Vaccine Manufacturing
    This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the launch of a newly built production facility for flu vaccine manufacturing. As part of the project team, you will contribute to validating the manufacturing processes necessary to meet regulatory standards and deliver consistent, high-quality vaccines.
    Position Overview The Process Validation Specialist will support and execute process validation activities, including engineering, development, and PPQ (Process Performance Qualification) study runs. This role is critical to demonstrating that the flu vaccine manufacturing process can be performed consistently while meeting regulatory and process requirements. As a key member of the team, the Process Validation Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including production operators, quality representatives, maintenance teams, and engineering personnel, to ensure seamless validation activities in the upstream, downstream, and support areas.
    Key Responsibilities Execution of Process Validation Activities: Execute process validation runs, including engineering, development, and PPQ study runs. Monitor prerequisites and escalate risks to the execution plan during validation phases. Coordinate validation activities across upstream, downstream, and support areas. Documentation & Reporting: Author detailed technical documents such as protocols, validation reports, root cause analyses, and risk assessments using client's documentation management system. Analyze raw data and provide insights to ensure compliance with regulatory and process requirements. Cross-functional Collaboration: Provide technical guidance and direction to production operators, quality teams, and maintenance personnel during validation activities. Work closely with operations, engineering, and quality teams during validation, start-up, and ramp-up phases. Issue Management: Identify non-conformances, draft impact assessments, and recommend corrective actions. Ensure timely resolution of process-related issues to minimize delays.
    Qualifications & Experience
    Must-Haves: A minimum of 8+ years of experience in process validation within pharmaceutical or vaccine manufacturing. Strong knowledge of GMP/cGMP, GDP, CFR Part 21, Health Canada, and FDA regulations. Hands-on expertise in process validation (engineering, development, and PPQ studies). Proven ability to execute process validation plans and analyze data effectively. Exceptional technical writing skills for creating validation documentation, protocols, SOPs, and reports. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
    Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with tools and software such as LIMS, SAP, and MS Office. A proactive, autonomous mindset with the ability to raise and resolve issues confidently. Strong multitasking skills and a "make it happen" attitude.

Your responsibilities encompass ensuring the structural integrity and safety of piping networks and their associated supports.
    Key duties include: Piping Calculations and Flexibility Analysis : Performing detailed calculations to assess the flexibility and mechanical behavior of piping systems, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards. Design and Analysis of Supports : Designing and analyzing pipe supports to maintain system stability under various operational conditions. Structural Analysis : Conducting comprehensive structural analyses of plant structures and equipment to support design modifications and ensure safety. Technical Coordination : Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including system engineering, structural engineering, and piping design groups, to integrate piping systems seamlessly into overall plant designs.
