    Why This Role Is a Game-ChangerThis is not your average supervisor position. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will play a critical role in the daily leadership and coordination of manufacturing operations. You’ll have the opportunity to:

    What You’ll Do – Make Every Shift CountLead and inspire your team on the production floor, setting the pace for success.Ensure production goals, KPIs, and timelines are met—safely, efficiently, and with quality at the forefront.Champion a culture of health & safety, food safety, and cleanliness, ensuring full compliance with OHSA, JHSC, and company policies.Support team development through coaching, performance reviews, and—when necessary—progressive discipline.Investigate incidents, participate in WSIB case management, and support safe and timely return-to-work programs.Monitor and optimize workflow to reduce downtime, minimize waste, and hit daily production targets.Work collaboratively with Sanitation and Maintenance to ensure clean, compliant, and operational lines.Communicate clearly across departments—Production, QA, HR, Logistics—to ensure alignment and execution.Take part in continuous improvement initiatives—bring your ideas to the table and help us raise the bar.Use ERP systems and data to monitor output, track metrics, and identify trends.Coordinate schedules, team start/end times and keep operations moving smoothly from shift to shift.

    Amir Quality Meats, a wholesale meat production company located in Brampton, Ontario, is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for a 12 month contract.
    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to oversee our production operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily production activities, ensuring that processes run efficiently and meet quality standards. Your duties will include supervising production staff, monitoring workflow, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols. You will also be responsible for maintaining production schedules, optimizing productivity, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. If you have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a background in production management, we would love to hear from you!
