Winter Snow Removal Equipment Operator Antler Hill Equipment | Red Deer, AB & Surrounding Area Antler Hill Equipment is seeking a dedicated Winter Equipment Operator to assist with snow removal operations throughout Red Deer and the surrounding area. This is a seasonal position with the potential to transition into full-time employment in the spring and summer. Responsibilities: Operate skid steer equipment for snow removal. Perform manual snow clearing, including shoveling, when required. (Very minimal shovelling in required at some locations) Ensure safe and efficient completion of all assigned tasks. Work variable shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Whenever it snows. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license (required). Clean driving record Previous skid steer experience (required). Able to manually shovel when required Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
