What You’ll Be Doing
Own full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
Partner with managers on employee relations, performance, and engagement
Support compensation reviews and retention strategies
Manage benefits, RRSP programs, and employee inquiries
Handle WSIB, disability claims, and return-to-work processes
Ensure compliance with Ontario employment laws and health & safety standards
Contribute to training, development, and continuous HR improvements
What You Bring
3+ years of HR generalist experience (manufacturing or similar environment is required)
Solid understanding of Ontario employment legislation and health & safety
Experience supporting employee relations and recruitment
CHRP/CHRL (or working toward it) is an asset
Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
