Role: Training Delivery Lead (P2P) Location: Toronto, Ontario (Onsite) Duration: 10-12 month
We are seeking an experienced L&D Manager – Training Delivery Lead with a strong background in Procurement, ARIBA, and SAP to deliver high-impact training programs to senior finance and procurement leaders . The ideal candidate will have expertise in training facilitation, procurement processes, and enterprise systems while ensuring effective learning experiences for executives, directors, and managers.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of training programs , ensuring seamless delivery across different teams and locations. Manage a team of trainers, facilitators, and learning specialists , providing guidance and coaching for continuous improvement. Oversee instructor-led (classroom & virtual) and blended learning programs , ensuring alignment with business needs. Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, and leadership teams to ensure training objectives are met. Implement best practices in training delivery , focusing on engagement, knowledge retention, and practical application. Monitor and analyze training effectiveness metrics , collecting feedback to enhance learning experiences. Ensure consistency and standardization in training content, delivery methods, and facilitation techniques . Support the integration of learning technologies (LMS, virtual training tools, e-learning platforms) to improve efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in training delivery and learning methodologies. Handle logistics, scheduling, and coordination for training sessions, ensuring smooth execution. Partner with HR and business leaders to develop scalability strategies for global training initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, or L&D leadership roles. Strong expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and training facilitation . Proven experience in managing training teams and large-scale learning programs . Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills . Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms . Ability to analyze training effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements. Certifications in training facilitation, instructional design, or leadership coaching (e.g., CPTM, ATD, or NLP) are a plus.
