Assistant Director for the Hydro-Québec Manic-3 camp. As part of the partnership between the Community of Pessamit and Aramark Quebec, you will assist the Director in operating the facilities, which includes guest services, reporting, commissary, kitchen/food service, and maintenance. Your task will be to effectively manage the employees and resources at your disposal. Ability and willingness to travel/work away from home on long rotations. Two weeks at camp, then two weeks off. At camp, most days include a 10- to 12-hour shift. Aramark will cover your travel expenses from your home to the camp and back. Room and board are provided at no additional cost while you are at camp. Job Responsibilities Oversee daily operations at the site. Manage employees effectively through coaching and development. Ensure that guests/customers at the site receive superior customer service. Establish budgets and forecasts and perform other financial tasks related to operations.
