    Job Description ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services is looking to hire a Lead Housekeeping Supervisor for a lodge near Fort McMurray, AB. The Lead Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing housekeeping solutions to meet customer needs. Cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction and may be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the housekeeping operations.?Successful candidates should have some experience in the remote or commercial industries Comprehensive benefit packages are offered. Transportation is provided out of Edmonton, AB to site. Rotation are 20 days on/10 days off. Please note all candidates considered for hire will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment D&A test and criminal background check Job Responsibilities Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a custodial team. Oversees the completion of tasks assigned to the custodial team and ensures the quality of work is satisfactory. Partner with department leadership to address performance deficiencies of custodial team. Participate in training of new employees and re-training of employees, as needed. Cleans assigned areas to meet Aramark and client standards and requirements. Maintains a clean, tidy, and clutter free work environment to mitigate safety hazards. Thoroughly cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment. Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas. Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to the appropriate personnel. Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with appropriate accredited agencies and Aramark regulations.     As a member of the food services team, the Clinical Dietitian provides nutrition care to all residents with a focus on health, well-being and quality of life. The Dietitian works independently as well as interacts well with other members of the care team to provide quality health care and services. The Clinical Dietitian ensures that all required documentation as it pertains to the resident?s nutritional status, are complete and accurate. Job Responsibilities - Assesses and develops nutritional care for Residents, focusing on maintaining Residents quality of life and nutritional care in a consultation with the Physician and Interdisciplinary Team. Taking into consideration multicultural and relevant socio, cultural, religious food awareness and requirements.
    - Documents and communicates nutritional care plans to Food Services and Care Service Teams

    - Completes clinical assessments on Residents, including but not exclusive to intake assesment, weight management, dysphasia assessment and wound healing within appropriate scope of practice and liaises with external resources as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Grow catering and retail business through marketing initiatives in support of the General Manager and on-site Marketing Manager Establish and maintain procedures for purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation and service of food Manage and ensure proper culinary standards and techniques are in place for preparation of food items, production, presentation, and service standards Coordinate and supervise personnel regarding production, merchandising, quality and cost control, labour, scheduling, staffing and training Assist front line managers with any operational and staffing issues in support of the General Manager Support the management team and establish succession plans aligned by the General Manager and employee. Ensure that standards for sanitation and food safety are met & maintained. Adhering to all OHSA standards and compliance that align with Aramark policies. Assist in menu planning and execution for all lines of business. Aid in the business plans, budgets and forecast exercises Review and understand financial operating results in order to achieve company and Client objectives Support in developing new initiatives and programs to improve sales and customer satisfaction Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for all business units Ensure compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreement and Human Resources Programs Actively conduct unplanned safety audits with the mind set of “Always tour ready” Direct reports consist of Fresh Food Company, Retail and Catering leaders
    Qualifications
    University Degree or College Diploma in Culinary, Hospitality or Business is preferred Successfully demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity, managing a staff of direct reports between 15-20 while overseeing a staff of 150-200 employees Minimum 5 years progressive management experience in a multi-unit and similar sized operation Minimum 5 years of Culinary experience, fine dining, retail presentation experience and catering Experience with menu construction, culinary trends, chef training, coaching and development Experience working in a unionized environment would be a definite asset Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills Strong analytical, project planning, and excellent financial management skills Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with Clients, customers, colleagues, and staff
