This is a senior operational role, focused on predictable delivery, operational discipline, and leadership development across a complex MRO environment. This position is not a regulatory post-holder role.
The RoleReporting into senior operations leadership, you will be accountable for the day-to-day performance of MRO production, driving efficiency, quality, safety, and on-time delivery while building strong, accountable leadership teams.
You will be highly visible on the hangar floor and act as a key connector between operations, planning, supply chain, quality, and leadership.

Experience & BackgroundMinimum 5 years’ senior leadership experience within MRO operations, heavy maintenance, or a comparable aviation maintenance environmentProven experience leading leaders and frontline operational teamsStrong execution mindset with the ability to drive measurable performanceExperience operating within a regulated aviation environment (e.g. Transport Canada, FAA, EASA, or equivalent)Demonstrated strength in coaching, accountability, and handling difficult conversations
QualificationsPost-secondary education in aviation, engineering, business, or a related discipline (preferred)Strong analytical and operational problem-solving capabilityConfident communicator with influence across functions and seniority levels
