The Role The Sales Associate provides outstanding customer service, merchandises, generates and processes sales as well as maintains the store’s cleanliness and appearance. Responsibilities Include: Ensuring outstanding service by creating a friendly environment. This includes greeting, acknowledging and re-approaching every customer, and being knowledgeable about products. Staying up to date on the most current sales and promotions. Assisting in merchandising displays and store cleanliness. Replenishing merchandise, monitoring floor stock and processing shipments. Processing purchases at the cash register. Adhering to all company policies. Other tasks as assigned by the management team. The Role The Store Manager works with the District Supervisor to oversee all store operations, as well as plan & execute strategies to drive sales and profitability. The Store Manager is responsible for merchandising, customer service, as well as their teams training & development. The Store Manager must adhere to all company policies and procedures and must be a role model and demonstrate the utmost professionalism and integrity while creating a climate of trust and respect within the team. They must keep an open mind when dealing with customer and employee issues, listen to others and make fair and honest decisions accordingly. The Store Manager monitors performance and takes immediate action on substandard performance. They are able to lead and create an overall positive customer and employee experience. Responsibilities Include: Collaborating with the District Supervisor to develop and implement strategies to achieve the store’s sales and profit budgets. Training store team (current employees and new hires) on company standards and programs in accordance with the employee manual. Taking action with the support of the District Supervisor on low performance and resolving conflicts. Recruiting and retraining talent by motivating their team and recognizing good performance. Conducting administrative and operational duties as required. Performing opening and closing procedures as per operational guidelines. Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to. Preparing and managing employee weekly schedule. Handling customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner. Comply with all head office requests regarding store operations. Processing and managing all incoming merchandising shipments. Handling all returns to head office as required. Comply with policy and regulations as per the company’s employee manual. Processing cash/credit/debit purchases at the register. Ce rôle clé consiste à analyser la réception et l’expédition des arrivages hebdomadaires, à transmettre les directives aux magasins pour les guides de lancement hebdomadaires et mensuels, à créer des vitrines percutantes qui attirent la clientèle dès l’extérieur du magasin, à rester à l’affût des tendances et contenus populaires afin de les intégrer dans l’ensemble des présentations visuelles, à veiller à ce que les enseignes (et leurs formats) soient acheminés aux bons magasins et à améliorer les présentations visuelles actuelles en testant continuellement de nouvelles idées pour renforcer l’image de la marque. Ceci est un remplacement temporaire d’un an pour un congé de maternité. Les responsabilités comprennent, sans s’y limiter : Superviser et réaliser toutes les présentations visuelles et campagnes des magasins (murs, présentoirs de plancher, tables, vitrines et mannequins), y compris ceux situés aux États-Unis et à l’international. Analyser les différents types de magasins pour adapter les guides de lancement selon leurs besoins particuliers. Rester à l’affût des tendances afin de les intégrer dans les présentations en magasin. Tester des concepts créatifs à l’occasion de nouvelles initiatives et stratégies (vêtements, chaussures et accessoires). Intégrer les stratégies numériques aux présentations en magasin. Gérer les listes de distribution des enseignes selon les campagnes pour l’ensemble des magasins. Mettre à jour le calendrier marketing en fonction des dates de livraison et de lancement. Collaborer avec l’équipe de stylisme pour mettre en place des processus liés aux enseignes et aux tenues des mannequins. Suivre de près les résultats des ventes liés aux aménagements mensuels et aux nouvelles initiatives afin de réagir efficacement. Réaliser des recherches sur les tendances du marché et effectuer des visites mensuelles des magasins. Accompagner un stagiaire dans le cadre du programme de stage annuel. Participer à l’exécution des lancements mensuels en magasin, au besoin. Participer à l’ouverture des nouveaux magasins afin de soutenir les nouvelles stratégies, au besoin. Contribuer à tout projet spécial lié au rôle. CE QU’IL VOUS FAUT : Diplôme d’études postsecondaires dans un domaine pertinent Minimum de trois (3) ans d’expérience dans la vente au détail (pas nécessairement en visuel) ou expérience équivalente Maîtrise des logiciels Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel (la connaissance de Photoshop et InDesign est un atout); Excellentes compétences en communication Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais) : la capacité de communiquer dans les deux langues est essentielle.
