    Conveyancing Paralegal to join their real estate team.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing residential real estate transactions from start to finish. This position is ideal for an experienced conveyancing professional who enjoys working in a collaborative office environment and takes pride in maintaining organized, efficient processes for high-volume files.
    Key Responsibilities
    Real Estate & Conveyancing SupportPrepare purchase, mortgage, and other documents for registration at the Land Title OfficeRegister transfers, mortgages, and related documents through the Land Title OfficeOrder mortgage payout statements and coordinate transaction payoutsPrepare and process mortgage discharges and report discharge particulars to purchaser’s legal representativesConduct title and off-title due diligence searches, including tax, company, and PPR searchesReview and process purchase and sale contracts, deposits, and payouts
    File & Transaction ManagementPrepare internal documentation related to trust transactionsDraft and finalize reporting letters for completed transactionsMaintain accurate and organized file records throughout the conveyancing process
    Client & Stakeholder CommunicationCommunicate with vendors, purchasers, financial institutions, realtors, lawyers, and other stakeholders to coordinate transaction timelines and requirementsAssist lawyers and staff with filing land title documents for non-real estate matters, including liens and other charges against title
    Compliance & Registry FilingsPrepare LOTR declarations and reports when requiredRegister filings with the Land Owner Transparency Registry
