Key Purpose Statement Represents the company and sells a defined product portfolio within a single territory located in Toronto East in the Retail channel. Responsible for achieving specified performance objectives within the budget set by the company and for achieving specific brand development objectives. Establishes strong personal and working relationships with key customer stakeholders to foster business understanding, create mutual value and drive revenue. Focuses effort on key business drivers as defined by the company (e.g. territory coverage, distribution, product placement, revenue etc.).
    Key Responsibilities:
    Customer Partnership Management Focuses on a hunting approach to grow share, distribution, volume and revenue within a defined Retail territory. Calls on customers with a high degree of frequency (e.g. weekly), as defined by the Company. Establishes strong working relationships with key customer stakeholders. Understands and works to deliver against their long-term and short-term strategic and performance objectives. Secures customer support in order to achieve the strategic and performance objectives of the Company. Leverages the company’s CRM tool and adheres to CRM protocols and routines.
    Performance Management Actively seeks business building opportunities within territory. Allocates resources and tools to achieve plan targets, monitors performance against plan, proactively takes corrective action where necessary Focuses on key business drivers to achieve results
    Planning and Organizing Organizes and plans effectively as per the routines and processes of the company. Focuses on territory coverage and delivery against key business drivers
    Scope:
    Geographic: Responsible for a defined geographic territory (Greater Toronto Area - East) Selling in the Retail channel Internal interaction primarily with functional peers and superiors Occasional evening and weekend hours to deliver results In-field / customer facing travel 80% of the time Travel within Ontario Home office based (Toronto - East)
    Desired Experience

KEY PURPOSE STATEMENT The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for local brand development aligned with global and national brand strategies; they will be focused on customer and channel planning, local brand activation and working with cross functional teams to ensure executional excellence in market. This includes managing the programming calendar, marketing tools development, event activation and communication to local sales teams. ROLE OVERVIEW The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for the management of local marketing programs and activations ensuring the brand strategy is properly represented in market. The Regional Marketing Manager creates programs and activations for the on-trade in collaboration with the Brand Marketing team, establishing how the programs will be executed and developing the supporting sales materials required to enable effective execution at the point of purchase. They will also manage all aspects of off-trade and on-trade POSM with global and local partners, including warehouse partners to ensure strong execution in market. The Regional Marketing Manager is also responsible for communicating all local ATL and BTL programming within Asahi Canada with proper lead-times to ensure sales teams have confidence in market. This position is a fixed-term contract (one year).     Main Interfaces
    Reports to the Head of Supply Chain. Interacts continuously with broader Canada and EMEAA Supply Chain teams. Regular interactions with Canadian Leadership Team and functions (Sales, Finance, Marketing). Liaises with breweries, customers, partners and suppliers toward achievement of high levels of customer service and KPI delivery. Sits on & participates in relevant Canada and EMEAA teams and forums.

    Key Purpose Statement The Customer Demand Planner is accountable for ensuring robust, assumption based, Demand Plans are generated for Canada. Direct responsibility for high levels of customer service to Canadian customers, working closely with Supply Planning colleagues. Strong relationships across multiple functions as well as our customers will be essential. Also accountable for ensuring supply chain operations are aligned with the commercial teams, mutual supply chain costs are optimized and opportunities for service enhancements are delivered. This role will work closely with Canadian branches, so will require working to their time zones 3 days per week.

    Key Responsibilities Ensure that demand plans are in place across various planning horizons (13-week, rolling 18 months and 3-year plan) at the relevant SKU hierarchy for a set of customers. Drive collaborative planning processes both internally and externally especially around new products. Influence and obtain cross functional volume consensus across Sales, Finance, Marketing and Customers (where appropriate) using insight led analysis to demonstrate trends, performance and future expectations. Balance delivering excellent customer service levels whilst maintaining appropriate inventory to hit inventory value targets. Generate the best possible demand forecast for Canada in collaboration with our Commercial and Finance teams and insights from International Supply Chain Analysts. Ensure appropriate systems disciplines are fully utilized, including, but not exclusive to, Statistical Forecasting, history cleansing, segmentation etc. Monitor actual orders against demand forecast, speedily investigate significant variances, understand root causes and impact across wider Supply Chain. Coordinate the monthly Demand Review process for Canada and volume forecast updates throughout the year (Budgets, Profit Forecasts PFs, International Business Plan). Provide overviews of latest volumes performance versus targets to Commercial and Finance teams. Work closely with the International Supply Chain Analysts and Commercial Teams to influence operational behaviours of our customers to optimize joint supply chain practices (e.g. order management, forecasting) Demonstrate high personal integrity to develop / manage customer relationships.
