Compensation: Tiered
- Base pay 45% of collections.
- Increase in base pay based on years of associateship.
- Minimum annual salary guarantee based on experience.
- Other bonus structures in relation to practice performance are available to be discussed during the interview.
Who: General practice dentists licensed in Ontario
- Must demonstrate proficiency in the English language.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in treatment planning and patient management.
- Must have excellent patient communication skills.
- Must be comfortable practising independently.
- Must be able to work hand in hand with the practice hygiene program.
- Clinical experience an asset.
- Will consider new grads based on an interview with primary doctor and demonstration of competence with patient management.

Pay: $150,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
