Responsibilities include selecting, orienting, training, and coaching staff, completing employee evaluations and employee discipline. They will develop work schedules, assign, and monitor work, implement new procedures, assist with budgets, track expenses, and monitor variances.The Egg Collection Supervisor will work as part of a team ensuring the company's animal husbandry practices are followed as well as promoting safe work practices of staff. The Supervisor will also be responsible for the creation and implementation of the breeder farm preventative control plan, in conjunction with the Breeder Farm Supervisor.ScheduleThis is a full-time salaried position working on average 40 hours a week. The work environment may be warm and humid, cold in the winter months, dusty at times with strong odours, and noisy. Standing for long periods of time and repetitive tasks are common.
