The hospital is a busy, 24/7 emergency and referral facility with a strong team of Specialists, ER clinicians, RVTs, and dedicated support staff. The successful candidate will oversee the operational, financial, and strategic direction of the hospital, working closely with the Medical Director and department leads to ensure excellence across patient care, client experience, and team engagement. Experience leading within a large Emergency & Referral setting, and confidence collaborating with boarded specialists is essential. The role carries full P&L responsibility, including labour management, cost control, KPI tracking, strategic growth planning, and expansion of clinical services. At the same time, you will play a key part in cultivating an exceptional workplace culture, supporting mentorship, continuing education, leadership development, and retention within a highly skilled clinical team. About you:
