Awards Unlimited has been Alberta’s premier designer and creator of custom awards, trophies, and recognition products since 1968. As a leading recognition specialists for Western and Northern Canada, we help teams, schools, corporations, and organizations celebrate achievement in meaningful and creative ways.
Our mission is to provide personalized products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations, supported by craftsmanship, innovation, and industry‑leading expertise. We offer a 1,300 sq. ft. showroom and a full production facility specializing in laser engraving, rotary engraving, sandblasting, colour sublimation, UV printing, and custom award design.
Our leadership team includes two Certified Recognition Specialists (CRS) — and one of only two Certified Recognition Masters (CRM) in all of Canada — reflecting our commitment to excellence, ongoing training, and the highest standards in the recognition industry.
Qualifications
- Good manual dexterity and comfort working with hand tools and power tools
- Strong computer skills and accurate typing abilities
- Experience with graphic design or layout software (e.g., CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable communicating with team members and customers
Responsibilities
- Assemble products such as trophies and plaques using hand tools and power tools
- Use computer software to create layouts for awards personalization
- Complete production processes including engraving, colour sublimation, and UV printing.
- Cut aluminum and brass sheet metal using hand shears and pneumatic shears
- Manage workflow to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines
- Communicate with the customer service team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are consistently achieved
- Clean and maintain the showroom, production area, and shared workspaces
