Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Minneapolis, MN, for a Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, including managing schedules, coordinating teams, and maintaining compliance with safety standards and regulations. Responsibilities will include controlling project timelines and budgets, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and addressing any project challenges effectively. The role will require frequent communication with contractors, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to maintain seamless project execution.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Construction Site Management and ensuring compliance with Construction Safety standards.Strong Project Management and Budgeting skills to oversee timelines and financial aspects effectively.Exceptional Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, resources, and schedules simultaneously.Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills for liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders.Familiarity with advanced construction methodologies; prior experience with LEAN construction is a plus.Relevant certifications in construction safety, project management, or related areas are highly desirable.
