QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Life Science, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.Ten (10) to fifteen (15) of experience in corporate communications, brand strategy, public relations, or marketing communications. A focus on highly regulated industries is an asset.Ten (10+) years of leadership experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing communications, content, and creative teams.A strong science background is an asset; experience in medical writing, pharmaceutical communications, life sciences, or regulatory messaging.Experience developing and executing global brand positioning strategies that scale across multiple markets and business functions.Ability to develop executive communications such as speeches, interviews, and thought leadership content for senior leadership.Track record of executing high-impact comms strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels.Proven ability to collaborate with executives, lead teams, and influence key stakeholders at a global level.Experience managing crisis communications, reputation management, and executive visibility initiatives.Proven success in partner marketing, joint branding, and external relations, including PR, media engagement, and industry events.Experience in social media strategy, brand reputation monitoring, and thought leadership campaigns.Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), PR platforms, and digital marketing tools is a plus.Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities, lead global initiatives, and work cross-functionally.Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing communications effectiveness.Excellent communication skills; fluent French and English (oral & written) required.
