Generous 401K Matching Program Paid time off Opportunities for development and advancement What You’ll Do: Run day to dayRDCoperation in the most efficient manner possible, leading the warehouse team in daily activities (i.e., load/unload trucks, perform and reconcile inventory, and assist the Customer Service Center as required). Monitor and schedule maintenance of all RDC equipment (roll-loaders, dock equipment, etc.). Effectively communicate with customers and support personnel to provide excellent service. Maintain current customer base by providing excellent customer service, including building synergy with local sales force. Ensure adherence to governmental (DOT, OSHA, etc.) regulations and company policies and procedures. Maintain high standards of safety, organization, andinventory accuracy. Responsibilities include assisting with interviewing, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Other duties may be assigned. What You’ll Bring: Ability to train/manage/lead/understand LEAN or CI principles and activitiesin a logistics environment. Intermediate computer skills. Ability to interpret data and create useful information. Ability to root cause analyze and apply appropriate countermeasures to correct anomalies. Basic leadership skills. Intermediate customer service skills. Ability to lift and/or move miscellaneous equipment and product weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently and over 100 lbs. occasionally. Nice to Haves: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 5 years' experience in a Logistics Supervisorial Position preferred.
