We are currently seeking a Warehouse/CSC Lead to join our team in Brampton, ON . Schedule Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM Your Role At Batesville As a Warehouse/CSC Lead , you will lead the warehouse team to accomplish daily duties. What You’ll Do Run daily RDC operations efficiently, leading daily activities (loading/unloading trucks, reconciling inventory, assisting customer service). Monitor and schedule maintenance of all RDC equipment. Communicate effectively with customers and support personnel to provide excellent service. Maintain current customer base with excellent customer service and synergy with local sales force. Ensure adherence to DOT, OSHA, and policies. Maintain high standards of safety, organization, and inventory accuracy. Assist with interviewing, training, and performance management. Other duties may be assigned. What You’ll Bring Ability to train, manage, and lead using LEAN or CI principles in a logistics environment. Intermediate computer skills. Data interpretation and root‑cause analysis skills. Basic leadership and customer service skills. Able to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally. Nice To Haves High School Diploma or GED. 5 years’ experience in a logistics supervisory position preferred. Physical Requirements \The employee must sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear. Occasionally lift and move objects between 50–100 lbs, and see with clarity at both near and far distances. Responsibilities include assisting with interviewing, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Other duties may be assigned. What You’ll Bring: Ability to train/manage/lead/understand LEAN or CI principles and activitiesin a logistics environment. Intermediate computer skills. Ability to interpret data and create useful information. Ability to root cause analyze and apply appropriate countermeasures to correct anomalies. Basic leadership skills. Intermediate customer service skills. Ability to lift and/or move miscellaneous equipment and product weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently and over 100 lbs. occasionally. Nice to Haves: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 5 years' experience in a Logistics Supervisorial Position preferred.
