We're looking for a reliable maintenance worker to help with general repairs and maintenance in our condo building Duties Include: • Perform routine inspections of common areas, building systems and equipment. • Handle minor repairs such as patching walls, painting, replacing fixtures, plumbing leaks, door adjustments and electrical troubleshooting. • Conduct preventative maintenance on mechanical systems and report issues requiring specialized contractors. • Assist with seasonal maintenance tasks (e.g., snow removal, salting, clearing drains, landscaping support). • Oversee vendor and contractor work when required. • Report major issues, hazards or repair needs to the Condo Board or Administration Office. Requirements • Previous handyman or maintenance experience • Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently • Physically able to complete manual tasks • Good communication and customer service skills when dealing with residents, contractors, etc. Location: Beaumaris on the Lake Condo - 15499 Castledowns Rd, Edmonton Type: Part Time (20 hours per week)
