Customer Experience Representative
NQX is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in creating positive customer experiences through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
About the Role
You will be responsible for providing first-class customer assistance via phone and chat for inquiries related to delivery status, redirected mail, rates, and general service questions. Your multitasking skills will be put to the test as you manage multiple chats at once while ensuring responses within service standards.
You will also handle incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused attitude. Accurate documentation of customer interactions is crucial in navigating multiple tools while adapting quickly to evolving customer needs and support requirements.
