Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Professional to join our kitchen team. This role involves working in a scratch kitchen, utilizing whole ingredients daily and delivering excellence while achieving high sustainability practices. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring exceptional guest service and meeting Relais & Chateaux standards. Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Successfully managing special requests, dietary requirements, menu changes. Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. Cleaning kitchen and work areas. The ideal candidate will embody West Coast culture, have excellent guest service skills, demonstrated enthusiasm and talent for exceeding guest expectations. They must have previous fine dining experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a stressful environment, and creative problem-solving skills.
