Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the key role of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. The successful candidate will perform high-quality ultrasound exams, utilizing their extensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, as well as ultrasound equipment and infection control procedures. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform ultrasound exams in accordance with Departmental Policies and Procedures Utilize comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, as well as ultrasound assessment and equipment Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain expertise in diagnostic medical sonography Requirements: Graduate from a recognized accredited college/university program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography Member of the CMRITO and in good standing Current registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO) Previous experience working as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer: Competitive salary range: $77,107.17-$102,706.00 per annum Benefits package including extended health care, life insurance, and pension plan Relocation assistance and housing provided by the organization Annual retention bonus and northern living allowance Opportunities for professional growth and development in a unique and rewarding work environment Why Choose Us:
