As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing construction estimates based on quotations, drawings, and specifications. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to meet deadlines, and possess strong analytical skills with attention to detail. In this role, you will assist in the preparation of pre-construction and construction services proposals, examine and analyze tenders, and make recommendations. You will also liaise with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors, research and analyze cost data, and adhere to all company policies and procedures while following OHSA and construction regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications Civil Engineering or Construction Management diploma is an asset. 3+ years experience in the construction industry or similar industry is a must.
