Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead the implementation of our Finance ERP system.This is an exciting opportunity to work in an environment where you will contribute to the company's public outreach, engagement and education efforts as part of the company's commitment to growing its social license.Lead the implementation of Finance ERP system, ensuring alignment with financial processes and operational goals.Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure ERP solutions meet Finance needs.Analyse and document existing financial processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implement digital enhancement.Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate ERP functionality with the company's finance objectives.Foster collaboration across finance, IT, System Integrator, and business teams to ensure alignment and accountability in achieving transformation goals.Ensure that financial processes are documented and designed to scale with the company's operational needs.Stay informed of industry trends to introduce innovative practices and tools for finance transformation.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional designations such as CPA, CA is required.Robust FP&A expertise, including financial planning, forecasting, and data analysis.Expertise in financial data modellingHands-on experience as a finance practitioner (e.g., controller, finance manager) with exposure to ERP systems.Proven ability to optimize financial processes and implement practical solutions within large organizations.Strong understanding of finance processes and strong analytical skills.Ability to translate business requirements into actionable steps for ERP system implementations.Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical teams.8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or business operations.BenefitsOpportunity to work in a vibrant, fast-paced culture.Challenging role with opportunities for growth and development.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
